Returns & Exchanges

At The AllyCat Walk, we want your shopping experience to be easy and stress-free. We proudly use Re:do to simplify returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility 

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
  • Store credit never expires.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With tags attached
  • Returns with odors, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, smoke, pet hair, or other signs of wear will be refused.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Seasonal/Holiday merchandise
  • Doorbusters
  • Hats
  • Bodysuits
  • Hair accessories
  • Sunglasses
  • Beauty products

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free when Checkout+ is purchased at checkout.
  • Without Checkout+, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? Select “size exchange” in the return portal to request the same item in another size.

In-Store Purchases

  • In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days.
  • Gift returns are eligible for store credit within 30 days with the original e-receipt.

Local Pickup Orders

Local pickup orders must be picked up within 14 days. If not picked up, a shipping invoice may be sent. Orders cannot be canceled due to failure to pick up.

Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery and must remain unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Store credit will be emailed once approved.

Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed between November 10 – December 25 may be returned for store credit through January 15 with receipt. Final sale items are excluded.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect shipping information. Please contact USPS or UPS directly for shipping issues.
